Witaj

Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate
Nitric Oxide Performance Enhancing Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG) is an advanced form of the amino acid Arginine. AAKG is a salt formed by combining two molecules of the amino acid Arginine and one molecule of Alpha-Ketoglutarate. Arginine is a conditionally essential amino acid that has a number of vital roles in human biochemistry and has an important role in protein synthesis.
Alpha-Ketoglutarate is another important biological compound, used by the body to help with the creation of usable energy from carbohydrates, fats and protein. It also combines with ammonia to create glutamic acid, a precursor of glutamine. AAKG acts to stimulate the production of nitric oxide in your body. Nitric Oxide (NO) acts as your body's master "cell-signalling" molecule, directing and ordering a complex array of activities. It regulates blood flow (vasodilation), muscle contraction, nerve signalling and muscle growth, to name just a few. Whilst NO's vasodilating properties may be beneficial in the treatment of angina, high blood pressure, heart disease, and sexual dysfunction - it's most noticeable effect for bodybuilders is an enhanced 'pump'. Whether or not this is solely cosmetic or actually stimulates hypertrophy is debatable, but NO itself has been shown to stimulate protein synthesis in the muscle. AAKG supplementation has been shown to elevate concentrations of anabolic hormones (growth hormone and insulin) and amino acid metabolites, including insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF1), glutamine and glutamate. AAKG has also been shown (in a dose-dependent manner) to induce a significant increase in the growth of human fibroblasts – cells with similarities to muscle fiber cells (an effect not duplicated with Arginine or Alpha-ketoglutarate alone).
AAKG has been used to treat patients suffering from burns, surgery, malnutrition and other trauma as well as other highly catabolic conditions. Although the precise mechanism is unknown, AKG treatment decreases muscle protein catabolism (breakdown) and/or increases protein synthesis, in addition to promoting wound healing and stimulating immune system function.

Ok, dzieki za odpowiedź
jest wzmianka o IGF, ale szkoda, że nie ma nic wspomniane o warunkach badania itd bo mnie bardzo ciekawi czy była suplementacja doustna, czy może wlew itd
